The four steps

  1. 01

    Free 20-minute introductory call

No cost, no obligation. We listen, get a sense of where you stand, and tell you honestly whether we can help.

  2. 02

    Fact find & document gathering

If it makes sense to go further, we gather the detail properly — income, existing cover, pensions and goals — so any advice is built on facts, not guesses.

  3. 03

    Written recommendation with options

You get a clear, written recommendation in plain English, with the options laid out and the costs stated up front.

  4. 04

    Implementation & ongoing review

We put the plan in place and review it with you, year after year — the same named adviser, not a new face each time.

Fees, honestly

We are paid in one of two ways, and we always tell you which before you commit to anything. On many products the provider pays us a commission, which does not add to your cost. On some advice we charge a fee, agreed with you up front and in writing. Sometimes it is a mix of the two.

Whatever applies, you will know the number before you decide, and our full remuneration policy is published for you to read.
